The chamfering machine should be inspected and maintained regularly according to the following matters:

1. After each shift, sort out the iron filings remaining on the machine tool and keep the machine tool clean.
2. Check the tightness of the belt and make adjustments if necessary.
3. Always check whether the fastening screws of various parts are loose.
4. Add No. 46 lubricating oil to the bearings of the cutter shaft every 6 months.
5. If the blade is worn or damaged, adjust the blade and rotate it to an angle using other cutting edges, and then stabilize it. If the cutting edges on all four sides of the blade have been worn.
