This machine is particularly suitable for high-precision tube processing applications in industries such as heat exchangers, chemical processing equipment, power generation, and nuclear energy.
It is capable of processing commonly used heat exchanger tube materials, including stainless steel, copper alloys, titanium, and other non-ferrous metals. Different processing parameters can be programmed to accommodate both thin-walled tubes, where deformation must be minimized, and thicker-walled tubes, where cracking must be prevented.
With CNC-controlled production programs, operators can quickly switch between different products and specifications, making the machine suitable for both high-volume standardized production and small-batch customized manufacturing.
Typical Processing Sequence:
Multiple operations can be integrated into one automated production cycle, for example:
1.Tube punching / hole making → CNC bending (including 180° bends) → Chipless cutting to length
2.Tube feeding from coil → Tube straightening → Cutting → One end forming / flaring →Automatic assemble washers and nuts → Another end forming / flaring → 3D bending
This integrated process reduces manual handling, improves dimensional consistency, and significantly increases production efficiency.
